My friend

He wasn't my son, my nephew or my roommate. He wasn't even my cousin or my neighbor. Even still my heart has a Wyatt shaped hole.

I miss the way he said my name.
I miss how he loved little Cass, I miss how he loved.
I miss his tender spirit.
I miss his voice.
I miss how he screamed my named when I walked into the room.
I miss how he said thank you.
I miss how he loved anyone and everyone.
I miss how he shrugged his shoulders and laughed when he thought I was silly.
I miss his smile, his soft skin and his tender hugs.
I miss how he made me love the Father more.

I miss you buddy, everyday, my heart is sore. Thanks for teaching me how to love. I can't wait to see your face.
