PURIM!

 When I asked the L-rd what to do for Purim this year He told me to ask these guys to lead some worship and invite a few friends over to celebrate His goodness. Man did He show up. What a good Daddy we serve!

Purim was incredible. I was blessed and thankful for how the L-rd was faithful and how He continues to be faithful. 

Week 8

Sorry this week is a little late....I was stranded at work for over 36 hours.  But better late than never.

Work day. I sat in my kids room and worked on UTI slides for the new orientees. It was kind of nice to get so much done!

I really have a house. And although the majority of my driveway was shoveled by Jake this was my first time cleaning my own driveway at my own house. It took me 2 hours!

Week 7

I flushed a washcloth down the toilet on accident, and Darrell came over to help me figure it out. Shawn came shortly after. They weren't excited about being the photo of the day, but such is the life if you know me.

Valentines Day is my day with the L-rd. It was a really great one this year as always and I started it off getting my butt kicked by Jeron. He's the one on the left, however, Jason has done his share of kicking my butt in the past.

Horrible, horrible day at work, but I got a fun package when I got home. I'm getting ready to decorate my room, unfortunately I don't think I like either of these bed linen options. The search will continue.

This is my first KU game now that I have cable. It was a really fun one too. Mario's jersey was retired (he's the one in the red pants) Mclemore did a 360 dunk and Bill Self's son scored a basket which gave Bill the biggest, cutest smile I've ever seen. I had so much fun watching it.

I'm working hard to decide what I want my new room to look like. I've been doing lots of research.

This is Spencer. He's pretty sweet. I don't do very well not getting attached to kids. Even if I try not to, it ultimately happens. I like this little guy.

Some friends were going out to eat at Jose Peppers, but I had to work, so I stopped and got some take out. This picture makes it look awful, but it was really yummy.

Week 5

This is Don. I spend multiple hours a week with this guy. He's tough and he's motivating. I love it.

A good friend's sister was diagnosed with Leukemia today. I made these cupcakes to take up to them at the hospital. Her name is Laura if you want to pray for her and her family. Cancer is a tough fight.

Not a great picture to capture super bowl Sunday, but, I guess I didn't care about the game. This little guy is pretty sweet though, and he found a friend in John.

BOWLING! I have to say, I had a great time and although 91 isn't a great score, I think it might be my best.  I did get 2 strikes and a spare.
